Dr Ramy Ibrahim

General Practitioner

Dr Ramy Ibrahim has been practising medicine since 2009. He commenced his medical career with three years of experience in Cardiology before transitioning into General Practice, where he has worked for over a decade across General Practice and Emergency Department settings.

Dr Ibrahim relocated to Australia in 2018 and has since worked as a General Practitioner on the Gold Coast as well as in rural and regional Queensland and New South Wales. His broad clinical experience enables him to manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions while providing comprehensive, patient-centred care.

He enjoys all aspects of General Practice and Family Medicine and takes a holistic approach to patient care. Dr Ibrahim has a special interest in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery and holds a Diploma in Skin Cancer Surgery from Bond University. He has extensive experience in the diagnosis and surgical management of skin cancers, including complex excisions, flaps, and grafts.

As part of his skin cancer services, Dr Ibrahim offers full body skin checks and full body mole mapping, supporting early detection and ongoing surveillance for patients at increased risk of skin cancer. He is currently working towards full accreditation with the Skin Cancer College Australasia.

Dr Ibrahim also has a strong interest in Mental Health, including the assessment and management of ADHD, depression, and anxiety, and provides evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to individual needs.

In addition, Dr Ibrahim holds a Monash University Certificate in Occupational Medicine, allowing him to provide pre-employment medicals and occupational health services. 

Dr Magdy El Ashry

General Practitioner

Dr El Ashrey has a diverse background having had experience in General Medicine for over 30 years, working in rural & remote areas in Australia such as Mount Isa, Esk, Ipswich & Walloon.  He also worked in NZ & Middle East.

During his career journey, he developed extensive experience & interest in:

Gynaecology and Obstetrics

Orthopaedics & Joints chronic conditions Pediatrics

 ENT

Cardiology

Autoimmune diseases

Psychiatric problems

Chronic conditions management such as Diabetes and Hypertension Emergency Medicine.

Also, special interest in skin cancer management

 

Dr El Ashrey completed his MB,CHB in medicine & surgery from Tanta University of Egypt in 1987

MSc of science from Otago University of NZ IN 1998

Certificate of cultural ethics in MGP from Otago University

Fellowship of the Australian rural & remote Medicine (FACRRM) from the Australian college of Rural & Remote Medicine in 2003

 

He also worked during the last 20 years in multiple leadership positions such as:
