Our Fully Bulk Billed procedures and policies for you to review
Fully Bulk Billed Practice Fees
We are a fully bulk billed practice, which means all eligible general practice consultations are billed directly to Medicare, with no out-of-pocket cost to patients.
All patients, including children and Pension and Health Care Card holders, will be bulk billed in accordance with Medicare guidelines.
After-hours consultation times include appointments before 8am on weekdays, after 1pm on Saturdays, and all day on Sundays.
Telehealth is available for patients who have attended an in-person appointment within the past 12 months, ensuring your doctor can continue to provide safe and appropriate care.
Telehealth consultations for children must have the child present with the parent or carer during the appointment to be eligible for Medicare billing.
Appointments
Our standard consult time is 15 minutes. A long consult is available for more complex services such as a Mental Health Care Plan, or the discussion of multiple concerns. We suggest booking with a regular GP for the best continuity of care.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 2 hours in advanced.
The Doctors want to be available for your needs and the needs of other patients. When a patient does not show for a scheduled appointment, other patients lose the opportunity to be seen. It is crucial that you notify us of your cancellation, at least 2 hrs prior to your appointment time, to avoid the $50.00 cancellation fee.
